I need to find out th rules or renting in san rafael,ca they sold the apartement i live to a new owner?

i need to know if its leagel to say that they allow service dogs but they have to be under 15 lbs first it was 25 then 20 then a note on door 15lbs aso they are renting the apartements for different rent like 2 bed room 1300 now its 1400 and sometimes 1500 s this leagal i have till oct to move or get a service dog 15lbs or under i lived here 2 yrs going on 2 yrs 7mnths no problem with dog please help and where can i go for help i cannot find a apartement for rent with 69lb dog they r all 25 30 0r 20lb restrictions i think this is not fair times are hard right now i have never been late on rent i got a petion signed from al my neighbors for the dog i think what there doing is ileagal and i know 2 of there maintance men dont even have the right to work in the united states they are illeagel immigrants 45 woodlnd ave now called woodlandia partners llc
