A male co-worker lost my friend and I.Please Help?

I'm 22 and my friend Tori is 24 and we work with this guy who is 35 and he's a big Steelers fan. Well we told him that they were going to lose in the Super Bowl and he got all mad and said "Do you want to bet"? We said sure. He said if the Steelers win that me and my friend had to dress up as french maids and clean his place over the weekend. And we told him if the Steelers lose we get to dress him up however we want and he has to do whatever we say for the weekend. We both agreed on the wager. Well the Steelers lost 2 weeks ago and it's time for him to pay up. We've decided that we want to dress him up as the girliest ballerina/fairy ever. So my question is what should we have him wear to be the girliest ballerina/fairy ever? What color should it be? Should we put makeup on him? And what should we have him do for the weekend while dressed up like this? We were thinking about having him do ballet to the Nutcracker for us and to have him be our maid but were not sure yet. Please help and don't hold back on your answers because we both agreed to anything so go all out.Thanks
