Need help on getting out of speeding ticket?

Okay. I was going 10 over today and got pulled. i've already had a ticket before and used the improper equipment thing in court. I'd really prefer not to use my prayer for judgment thing. i am willing to pay for a lawyer because i don't want my insurance to go up. do i have another option?
