Ways to get to Australia?

Theres a good few routes. I went via Gibraltar, Morocco, Mediterranean to Port Said (visited Cairo) then down the Red Sea via the Suez C to Djibouti followed by three whole weeks at sea to Freemantle. Followed then by another week through the Australian Bight to Adelaide. That is a fair drag involving some hefty pewking to be witnessed. I have also returned via Tahiti Panama and Portugal on a Russian ship. You know you can overcome and lose that fear of flying easily.The best airline is Emirates and they will look after you in very possible way. You will only stop at Dubai, Singapore for a fuel stopover and transit pengers then which ever aussie city your destined for. Nothing to it. Good Luck.
