How do I edit a CD master by removing some songs?

Hi, my band is putting out a CD. It was already mastered at a studio, but then we decided we want to leave some songs off the album. So we're only removing some songs, and leaving the master unchanged otherwise. It seems like this should be a straightforward process. A friend recommended Roxio Toast, but unfortunately I use a PC, not a Mac. Is there a PC equivalent program? Thanks.
