How do you load and unload a roll of 620 film in a Kodak Duaflex II?

I bought a Kodak Duaflex II to add to my collection of cameras, but now I want to use it. I plan on buying a roll of 620 film. I know 120 is cheaper if you just re-spool it and I know you can use 35mm film with some effort, but I don't want to do any of that. There are seemingly no online, straightforward instructions on loading and unloading the camera. I've read the owner's guide and it doesn't make sense. Would someone please tell me in simple step-by-step instructions how to load and unload the camera?
