Is there an adjustable retainer that will closed a open bite??

Where can i find an adjustable retainer to closed my open bite....i had braces before and my bite open up again... all the orthodontist that i been too are suggesting braces all over again........another $4500 which i don't have because my pockets are really tight and i now have a lisp.....very embaring...i hate it and i feel like there is nothing i can do about it but get braces all over again....there must be some other options out there......or maybe i can just hit the lotto and get my problem and pains fixed...
