Shouldn't my child have the right to decide?

My daughter is 3 yrs old and not christened or baptised in any religion, her fathers family are lebanese christians and I feel they would like her to be christened. I personally feel she has the right to decide when she is old enough to understand all religions which way(if any) she wants to go. Is this wrong of me???
