Toy Story 3 or The Dark Knight?

Which movie do you prefer? I know they're both different movies but the reason why I'm comparing them is because they've grossed over a billion dollars and been very well recieved by critics and audiences. I really prefer Toy Story 3 because it took me back to my childhood and I think The Dark Knight is really overrated movie because it's only gotten successful of Heath Ledger's performance and death.
