What do you think i should do?

Ive been sick since the sunday after christmas. I went to my doctor Monday and they told me to take my inhaler 4 times a day and it will go away. Two days later my cough was getting worse so i went to the hospital. Come to find out it had started out as the swine flu and turned into bacterial pneumonia. What should i do to my doctors office? how should i approach the problem?
