For british- what do you think of arab (from the gulf) ?

Where in the Gulf? A lot of people have been to Dubai, holidays there have become a status symbol. The major Arab population in a couple of the older industrial cities is not actually 'Gulf', it is the Yemeni population, for historical reasons connected with Aden and the coal trade. There is no friction with any of the older communities, however some people get the impression that Saudis can be a bit arrogant and also for some reason Kuwaitis.
