Is Adam Lambert gay or not?!?

I think he is gay but chooses not to talk about it, and why should he have to? He wanted to win on his talent and have that be the central focus rather than his personal life. Why is it really anyone's business what his uality is? It really shouldn't play a role in his votes good or bad and I respect him for not using it as a way to milk votes from gay activists and make it all be about some agenda to have the "first gay Idol". I can't even imagine how difficult it would be for a gay male in entertainment when they want the focus to be just about their music rather than about their orientation. Not everybody wants to use that as a crutch to get ahead.
