I have a W/R and RB question for week 16?

I need to choose between M. Lynch, R. Brown or S. Jackson for RB for one spot. Also, I am currently planning to play G. Jennings and E. Royal for WR. Now, I can pick up M. Colston off the wire to replace Royal,(I get return yard points). The return yards are a good thing but will Colston smoke the Lions? What would you guys do?
