if we were to have a mive amount of injuries due to a natural disaster, or heaven forbid, a terrorist attack; casualties in a city which grew past tens of thousands would mean most of those people would never get any care other than what was available where they were. this has nothing to do with obama. remember katrina? people knew what was coming, and they still could not cope.
